USB Webcam Problem

    i dont have the cd for my usb webcam. its unbranded too. im using win xp wondering how i could get it working. :(

    when you connect it to your computer windows try to search for the drivers when it ask you for the cd there is a name in the window which appears and there you can get the name of the device and go to the following link you will get the driver you are searching there :

    read what he posted fools. its unamed. when he plugs it in and it doesnt find drivers ittl say USB composite device until the right drivers are installed for it. just buy a new webcam. if its so cheap to be unnamed then it aint worth it.

    -download hiren's boot disk, there is an app thats called "unknown devices" run it, will tell you the actual name of the "camera" and you can probably find the driver.
