Help: Iphone Backup Problem

    so i have my friend iphone. she gave me to restore it but a porblem comes up after it finishes. it will not backup the iphone.

    does anyone know anything about this?

    is it a regular or is it jailbroken?

    its a reg iphone not jailbroken

    What kind of iphone is it and do you have the latest version of itunes?

    yea i have the latest version nd its a 3g

    Afternoon,

    I had this same issue, mine was resolved because of the Anti-Virus / firewall software I was running, Once i disabled that then i was able to back up the phone.


    Give that a try.

    I solved the issue by running a manual backup of the iPhone by right-clicking (or control-clicking) the iPhone in the Devices section of iTunes and choosing “Back Up.” Once that completed I was able to sync without getting the error.

    or try:

    Go to Computer>local disc (c:)>Program Files>iTunes>iTunes.exe then right click and run iTunes.exe as administrator

    Both of these worked out for me.
