I have a cracked laptop screen, basically I want the whole thing replaced because I love it too much to get rid of it, anybody recommend a place where I can get it repaired/replaced? I've already started goggling around & trying to get quotes from different sites so if there's anybody who knows a company that's trustworthy through personal experience please let me know, here's the info of my laptop.
    Model: Gateway
    Model Type: M-Series, M-6843

It's really easy to replace the screen. First open it all the way, so it's flat/ There's screws on the bracket you open. Once the bracket is out, theres screws in the side of the screen. Then you pop the screen out and remove the adapters =)

yeah sure. if you can package the laptop + replacement screen proper so it doesn't break when it gets here. what you could do though is order the screen and let someone replace it near by to be on the safe side + save $.

its really not hard to replace the screen yourself, i could help you with that, i been repairing laptops/computers since 2005 so i know what im doing lol, everytime i need a new screen for a customer, i order it form eaither ebay.com or amazon.com and i install it myself, easy job, the screens are usualy cheap on ebay, brand new, just check the seller info and make sure its a good one.
