    go to run
    type msconfig and click okay
go to startup tab in msconfig (system configuration utility)
disable all start up items (or just leave a few of the most important ones)

    click okay and restart
see if it boots up any faster

try running "disk cleanup","disk defragmenter",or start<run<type:cmd, clik run, type:"chkdsk(space between) /r".then type "y" to run check disk at the next restart to check the hard drive for error's

only thing i would suggest right now
is that you reformat, because you're infected with
spywares, that's why it's slowing down your system.
or you can download a spyware remover. but it won't
help that much, because your files are already infected.
