Take Me Back When Vs Start De Session

Ok there is a couple of cds coming down the pike, Take Me Back When (6/5/9) And Start De Session (6/13/9). Now the question is which cd you guys think will be better or is better. Now I know I am asking a question for something thats not out yep but I am sure guys are familar with the TMBW samples and soon the sample for the Start De Session will be up. The reason for the question is both cds are old school indian, like the same era, both are done by new djs thats been around but never drop a official cd before. I know for a long time I been looking forward to Shotty cd,so finally here is one. So I hope the mods don't think this poll is too soon and take this down, I would like to see the massive opinion here for sure.

 

Well roger im glad to see you were looking forward to my cd. As for ur thread i mean kanak is a good dj and i cant really jugde on whos cd is better even if its mines releasing but hopefully start de session is going to be a big hit seeing that alot of ppl looked forward to it!!!!!

 

This Tread Should Be Held Out Until Both CD Comes Out. Personally, I'm Looking Foward To Take Me Back. Haven't Heard Start De Session, But I Will Soon.

 

Roger may i suggest you post up a sample of both of the cds so people can judge them - like on zshare or something? The tracklisting should be pretty useful too to help people make a comparison.

 

i think there was both good but the 2nd one was better...... my cuzin is a dj so he send me some samples of it that how i know.... I dont have the samples anymore i delete it

I cant say which is better until both cd's are out or until both cd's are posted on mastahpiece.

 

I don't know which is better cause i haven't heard Start De Session. But Shotty is a serious guy when it comes to oldies so it's something to look forward too. So far Take me back when is one of the best De joint cds i have heard.

 

Well it looks like we will have to wait another week before start de session comes out. But never de less DeJoint will drop Mini-Bus Style and Drinkability this weekend then.

Seems ok, maje chal is a great song lass CD I herd it was in My Styles wich was wayyyy back but I'm not too familiar wid da songs, I'm not really a fan of oldies but more of da 90's lol but let's see how it is wen it comes out

 

You Gotta Learn Your Old SkewL Indian. The Songs Are Great!, However, They're Really Played Out In My Head. There Seems Nothing Spectacular In My Books That CD Has To Offer.

ill say START DE SESSION would beat this cd by kanak...and i havent herd start de session yet lol. i dont see whats so spectacular about this cd.

 

honestly like you've known me a longtime what makes you think that my cd is only about chunez im not backdam style here i've probably been in this more long then you so long that i've even forgotten ur dj name and we use to be kool buh recently you've been bad mouthing about me not knowing how to mix i honestly see nothing wrong with my cd and im not gonna depend on whoses is better......yeah chune wise maybe and i see alot of youngings saying its nothing to look forward to thats fine i'll just wait until i see some requests and i just hope you all enjoy the cd when it releases even the samples and drop ur feedbacks if you will thanks and just to let all that doesn't know its mainly 80's on this cd go down so enjoy:tomatoes_cool:

 

woah buddey i never said you couldnt mix whered you get that from... i just said kanaks mixing was better because his cd is wicked dont think that cd will be topped for a while but thats just me
