i was just wondering what is the best type of blank CD out there to buy. i have been using Sony cdr's lately and the quality has not been that good and noticed that some of the songs tape low. what do you guys prefer or use?

quality - you sure its not low quality songs you're tryna burn?
low volume - erm i think theres a volume levelling option on software such as nero, but again this might be linked to poor quality songs

    and i use sony cds.

Verbatim is also my choice but I think that your low volume levels are due to low quality mp3s. Also if you are burning random songs to a CD, there are going to be volume differences between the tracks.

$30 is alot for 50 cds man. toronto (canadacomputers). i get 50 cds for under $20. Ridata brand.

if u get cheap cds, they will destroy, or stop working after a certain amount of time. cant risk that if you rely on burned cds when djing.

i use Fuji, its hard to get them at ur local walmart or staples. it durability quality is great and affordable . u can throw it slid it around and would get scratched that easy. i get a 80min spool of 100 for 20 bucks on ebay.
