    My computer says dat my internetis connected .. but neither my mozilla firefox or internet explorer is work... only source of internet i have is my mytouch .... so can anyone help??? Oh yeh mastahpiece shud go mobile :) lol

    Most likely you'll just have to restart your modem like Dream said. If that still doesn't work, restart your computer and if not, your internet is probably just temporarily down. Shouldn't be anything serious...

    or maybe theres an outage in ur area, call ur provider and ask them. If its not that, then they can direct u step by step..

    Reset your router. Because you already reset your modem and that didnt fix it.

    lmao this is the first thing that came through my mind!
    call the company to find out if there's a outage in your area. usually you wouldn't have to wait to speak to someone, there's a automated message saying where the outages are(well at least for time warner).
    if there isn't then if mostly likely something wrong with the modem or you're computer.

    didnt you guys read what he said he is getting internet on his itouch so it has to be something with you computer it think it has to be with something you lately installed a virus program maybe not sure
