Yupp Yupp I agree. But to me its not even about the way they're trying to modernize the movie. Go ahead, modernize the movie, put some english into it. I mean look at Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham. That's one of the biggest blockbusters of all time and almost the entire second half of it was in London with English people speaking freaking englishh HOWEVERRR we still had hits like "Bole Chudiyan" and "Suraj Hua Madham" in that movie.

I don't wanna listen to no 'lets boogie woogie dance dance' or 'chak de india' in my car or on my computer. That's not Indian music to me. Its a simple theory, you don't fix what's not broken and the industry with all these hits coming out from 04-06 (and of course the past) was amazing until around 07' when it changed. You wanna alter it a little, fine, but I don't what they did now.

lol I know I'm a little too into this but I'm a big fan of my Indian music especially when I'm drinking or kickin back with a cigar. Good shiett.

    its all about money.
its all about getting the most people to watch it.

from what i understand, what coolie man think chune is, its hardly that in india.
whats hot in india is not what we coolie man them like.

i like the recent productions as of lately there pretty sweet.
    i cant complain.

the traditional indian productions are falling out while the electronic music is taking over.
listen to the radio today youll hear akon and pit bull all with straight dance style tracks.
up tempo dance tracks are winning people over.

what u mean kill Himesh, you should do some research and see how many wonderful soundtracks he produce, meaning he compose the music for including Tere Naam. He can do that traditional indian stuff, but like I said he and other artist are trying to branch out and bring different feel to the indian music. But it seems the Yash Rajs film, Karan battie boy Johar usually have the kinda of music guyanese people like. I think Gagni, Kamback Ishq, had some good songs. But hey everyone likes different things so hey wait until another Yash Raj films to bring the songs you people like in the mean time blast the new friggin Chutney coming out the Pungalunks factory.

This is why I wished I was a bit older in the 90's
Than I was back then. Cus i was only in like kindergarten
when all those nice chunes were out. If I was a bit older
during that time, I would have been jamming out to them with ma
    mom and dad.

Cus at 5 and 6 years old you dont really wanna jam to Indian. LOL

I dont kno why bollywood went white and started making all these stupid songss. Before every movie had at least one hit song that was purree hindi, not mixxed with english like they doo todayy. Thats whyy coolie people will alwasy listen to oldies becasue those were the best, old hindi songs had the prefect feel, beat, and poetry. Hindi music today is a joke only a couple songs come out taht are worth listenin to.
