    Family guy makes me laugh, they always introduce that sense of , " wtf?!..lol! "..
    The simpsons isnt really that funny in my opinion, when i watch my cousins enjoying the show(their like 11), I force myself to laugh. I mean yeah simpsons make you laugh , but its not as funny as family guy, I think Family Guy introduces some fresh elements, that have not been introduced. The Simpsons is directed more at the young generation, older people understand much more elements, and simpsons just hit on the same.
    Its my opinion.

    The simpsons is directed at the same audience as family guy. i never found simpsons funny. its more about building a story rather than a bunch of WTF moments like family guy. I think both are on the same level.

    I dont think this is even valid, the simpson have 11 seasons i'm pretty sure its the most of any T.V. show

    I prefer The Simpsons, but not the new episodes. I tried watching Family Guy, but I didn't really find it too funny. However, I did find that Christian Bale skit thing hilarious. I was literally lmao with that!

    Family guy got canceled like twice for a reason =]
    Simpsons all the way. They still have amazing episodes even after 20 years. Family Guy is probably due in for another cancellation soon =]

    I always watched The Simpsons back in the days but since i watched one episode of Family Guy, i thought it was way funnier..now simpsons is just plain schupidness..I prefer Family Guy
