ITouch .IPA Transfer HELP!!

    I got a jail-broken iTouch.

    i download my apps from apptrack (but its a app)

    i went to apptrackr on my computer and downloaded the apps i want that will take a long time to downlaod on the iTocuh.

    after its downloaded, im stuck!!!

    idk how to transfer the .iPA (app files) to my iPod

    REALLY NEED HELP!

    i can help with that...open up cydia and install appsync for w.e firmware u have... drag n drop the ipa onto itunes and sync! thats it

    What version of Itunes are you running?
    Because its simple, just have one offical app
    on your itouch(Ah free one). And then on itune it
    will recognize all the apps you have.

    From there drop in the IPA but it will not show up
    in the Application place, but you will see it sync ma bro.
