didnt they come out with a best of the next 2 cd???

 

They were supposed to release it but Raj from KBIS stopped it from being released. Some Dj's from the cd should still have it. Ask them for it

That guy Raj....... Somone had told me that he made IVS name there cd Innovative Soundz & FRIENDS- backyard jam, he made them put FREINDS IN IT so he wouldnt get sued, thats what "DaColdOne Of IVS" Told me

Raj isn't promoting Best of the Next 2 because he has his head too far down Stylistics ass. That's all I have to say about that.

 

ok first of all raj stop da cd from dropin because some djs didnt bother sending in there mix so he had to find new ppl then some of da ppl he found and had left kbis to zone so he had it wit all da headace and trying he bassically jus drop da idea he might complete it at a later date but dats up to him as for saying "raj got his head so far up stylistic and indiflo ass" now i wouldnt say it like dat but yea i agree he plays a lil favorites but you know wat dats business he wanted to build up da kbis name so he put out cds he knows wat will sell now there has been cds dat brought down da name and he is currently making a new rules to be creative and not produce cds dat already been out as for gavin i dunno wat ivs backyard jams have to do wit best of da next but yea dat is true he did put friends not to get sued

You got to admit that Raj is a smart skunt. It's funny because he threatened to sue me because I upload on Mastahpiece LMAO... What he does for a living is illegal period. He's lucky nobody is a snitch, or else he would be sailing boats with VP right now. I know there's one person that's gonna tell him back. So I say go for it. There isn't one thing he can tell me to shut me up.

 

He has license to sell music. He ain't getting sued for shit.

License or no license, it doesn't really matter. Remixing other people's material and distributing them is illegal. That's the risk you take when you drop a CD. But quite frankly, if you drop a CD, that CD is bought by the label. If another label owner points out an infridgement and sues YOUR label. It's your label's responsibility to see what to do with the law suit, and not the Dj who made it.

So if Raj has a "license" to sell music, why is he going by the book and resecuring himself? As Gavino60 mentioned, Backyard Jam was IVS & FRIENDS. Why would he add "friends" if he knew that his part was copyright secured?

So make a long story short, regardless of any license, remixing is illegal without permission but we all still do it because we all are coolie and have nothing better to do. [LMAO] Best of the Next is not coming out because Raj is focused on his besties. So to all "Starz R Us" Djs, you might as well change labels.
