    Yes Folks,

Wicked Round 2. Really nice reggae mixes. Some very very strong ones, and i'm glad that Mastahpiece has the honor to listen to these kind of very strong remixes...This means that Mastahpiece site contains a lot of djs with their gifted talents!

Here are the results for Round 2:

    Average Ratings

    In:

    9.3 - Dj Extacy
    9.1 - Trigga
    7.9 - Tr3v
    7.8 - Dj SupaKid
    7.8 - Dj Paco
    7.0 - Dj StarBai
    6.7 - Dj FreeStyle
    5.9 - Dj Ziggy

    Out:

    5.0 - Dj DevVv

    Explanation:

You tried your best. It was too short to convince us what you was capable of how to remix these songs. 3 min max was asked not 1 min max. Use the time very wisely.

Congratulations to the winners of this round, thank you for voting...and we will see you in the Quarter Finals!

I dont think Ima make a mix for this . No offense the songs you gave out were good.. but how da hell you expect me to battle with.."Some one loves you honey".. thats lame
You should just let people mixed what they want.

Re: Remix Contest Round 2: Reggae For Young & Old

your missing the whole concept its not about battling with your opponent on straight war chunes(***** This ***** That Battyman This Battyman That) its battling with straight skills the way you can put those songs together shows who's the better mixer.

but if you don't wanna do you mix that's you oh well.

One question, if we have the acapellas of these songs given to us, can we use them instead of the originals you gave us?

and also to add. when you said only with the songs we gave you. can we use other instrumentals and samples as well?

Re: Remix Contest Round 2: Reggae For Young & Old

no you may not use acapella's of these songs....you may only mix the songs that we gave you...and you can add whatever you want to your mix...it's like the previous round...but no extra song adding to the mix..

Instrumentals, sound effects, studders...chops...things like these are allowed!

    and as for DozenShots....

This isn't something like we tease you.....this is about your skills....it's all about being the best...the choice of songs you're getting might be a little lovish....but that doesn't matter....it's all about your mix and how you can mix those 6 songs in an incredible remix

And by the way...battling to someone with chunes where dey have bad words in...and could affend the opponent...is extremely easy...coz the words are doing it...not your skills!!!

You might understand the meaning now of these reggae chunes...but do you understand the meaning when you're battling to someone with chutney songs?

Yea but Im saying.. these are really sweet songs, but songs like someone love you honey shouldn't even be touched..like its already perfect.
I Mean Ill still put an effort to mix, Im just saying, Half these songs shouldnt even be remixed.
