Hi everyone,

Steven here again with a new review. I want to say that I didn’t buy this cd. I got it from a friend.

Now what first caught my eyes was the title on the front cover of this cd. ‘’Non Stop Party Mix Volume 2’’. I started to laugh when I saw the track list. I will elaborate on that later in my review.

The cd is about four music genres. It starts off with a selection of 10 chutney songs. The selection is extremely boring. It’s so boring that I almost fell asleep. Rakesh Yankarran songs usually does good at parties. But I have heard these songs so many times that it didn’t catch my attention. There are so many other chutney songs out there, why not try something else other than Rakesh Yankarran?

When the chutney selection stopped, I instantly woke up. I thought my cassette stopped playing, but no, it changed to a slower selection of songs. Soca songs. Now there is nothing wrong with these soca songs, but how can you call this "Non Stop Party Mix" when you play the fast songs first and then end it like the cassette player died and then you start playing soca? This scared me.

Trying to forget what happened earlier while I was listening to the chutney session, I started to enjoy the soca feeling that was going on in the ‘’Non Stop Party Mix’’, but then it went from ‘’jooking’’ to ‘’old veteran’’. The DJ tried to add some more excitement in this cd with a stupid sound effect (Leggo A Big Chune) at the wrong time. After this song "Nuff Man Ah Dead" gets played. How can you play "Nuff Man Ah Dead" for a nonstop party? That’s a joke!

After this embarrassment, it was the turn for the Hindi songs. Nothing wrong with the hindi songs, but it doesn’t bring up a party feeling at all. This selection of hindi songs would be good only if you was drunk.

My final conclusion: I’m glad that I didn't purchase this cd. This cd is a big embarrassment for the label to release on the market and to titled it as ‘’Non Stop Party Mix’’. I think volume three should be labeled Non Stop Boredness Mix Volume 3.

Ha! you call this a cd? I could make a compilation of this on my hardrive and use acid to just blend it in.... Yup...! If ne of u guys buy this, then IDK, think about it, its BLENEDED!! Meaning not remixed! ALL THE SONGS YOU've HEARD, AND PROBABLY OWN!!... Why Pay $$$ for this when u can make a better CD on your own..??

this cd was a joke i mean anybody couldve made this cd definitely the label for the cd shouldve been like a backyard jams cd even so i dont think this would do it for me if i sat down with a bottle of eldo if your ever gunna do a party mix cd you better do some REMIXING , Just because were in a recession dont mean the dj Skills have to be also.

Most Of The Songs On this CD...Need To Stay Buried 6 feet under.....Stylistic normalii brings great remix CDs but i guess when it comes to jus mixing the Songs....he's jus not that great...Stylistic Party Mix CDs arent that great!!
