    to me i think that windows xp was the all time best..visa and windows 7 jus plain wack..what do u guys think?

    if we had to judge them when they first came out...
    liek wen xp came out compared to vista + 7
    i would agree xp is the winner

    but

    i prefer windows 7 over xp anyday, as long as i have the specs to run windows 7 nicely.

    I am currently running XP, Vista, and Windows 7 in my house..
    I think Windows 7 runs the smoothest..
    XP runs faster, but it always freezes up here and there and it got annoying.
    Vista was just pure shit...

    It's actually a personal preference really, I'm still using XP and I like it that way because I'm used to XP but I'm sure in time I'll like Windows 7 because I've heard good things about it. Vista on the other hand is something I'll never use.

    well the only reason people think vista/7 sucks is because they dont have the required hardware to run it and most of them just upgraded to vista/7. however vista DID really suck. i bought my laptop and it came preloaded with vista home premium, and literally the same day in the night, i downloaded and installed a windows 7 beta. it ran faster than vista and had better features. but sticking to topic, xp was alright if you never used 7, but like all good things you got to learn to let em go and move on to a better one. becuz if you start using 7, you will never see yourself going back to xp as there are mad things in 7 you can do faster than in xp. windows 7 is the shit.

    Windows XP is still the OS. Plus the programs list (in the Start menu) is a classic, much better than the Windows 7 list bullshit.

    Lmao I feel lika bum standing up for it afta readin these posts but I needa get my post counts up lol. I've gotta Vista rite now & no complaints at all, I'm not really gonna support XP like da rest of u where for me XP ran slow, idk maybe it was all da shit bein downloaded in limewire =x lmao but yeh I cant imagin goin back to XP afta Vista & I've yet to try 7.

    once u have the specs to run win7 then xp would feel like being in the stone age, although i do rather xp over vista

    Windows XP is better and much more user friendly in certain sitiuations but once you are well rounded with 7 it is a better software.

    7 is much better, full 64 bit support, and DRIVERS are the most important thing to me.
