How to Add Audio to a Video?

so basically i got this video of my friend talking. and its mad dark so you cant really see his lips movin. now i also got this recording of him, saying shit about hes happy he made his girl cry lmao. i basically want to remove the audio from the video and replace it with the audio from the other file. if anyone can show me what program or how to do it thanks or if u wanna do it for me i'd appreciate it.

 

I use Sony Vegas Pro to do that type of stuff.
