    my nextel i870 is asking for a 'special code.' can anyone help me? the internal display asks to 'enter a special code.' the external reads, 'subsidy lock.' does anyone know the 'special code' or can help me generate the code..

    i guess the hybrid phones are diffrent but it wont help for the i870

    Try This Code.. Dunno If Anyone Tried It Or Told You Bout It... On Da Main Menu Of he Phone.. Hit these Keys In a Fast Order.... Star (*) Pound (#) Menu Key And Number 1 Key ... When It Brings Up The Menu And Asks For A Number.. Enter 99837320 And You Should Be Good To go. ( If * # Menu+1 Doesnt Work Try Hitting The Right Arrow Key Instead Of The Number 1)

    Yeah, when i put My SIM Card back in my phone it asked for some kind of password, you have to call Nextel.
