FireFox and IE Problem

this was working fine till now i dont know why but when i open it. it says

''The Proxy Server Is Refusing Connections''

Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.

• Check the proxy setting to make sure that they are correct
• Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.

this problem cant be from my internet connection because im using my laptop on the same connection so i dont know what the hell the problem is. help. thanks

oh yea i forgot my aim and msn still works just firefox and ie

 

go into IE go to tools>internet options>Connections>
if you see anything in the box delete it
and lastly,click LAN Settings
and untick anything ticked in proxy server


and you should be good

 

if that fails let me know because i know a different solution
