so i burn a prison break episode to a dvd. it burned with no problem. but when i was going to burn the 2nd episode. i put the dvd into the cd/dvd drive then i try opening the auto play but when i click on BD-ROM-Drive(E it say to insert a empty disk. but i already put a disk which is empty. the driver won't recognize any disk i put in. does someone know a solution or can help.
the drive might be bad. It happens sometimes it may be able to read only cd-rom, dvd or neither. Play around and see if it recognizes any or both of the media. If it doesn't your drive may be dead.
right click my computer, manage, and than go to device manager go to your cd drive's driver and try updating it, if not, then uninstall it and reinstall it get the driver from online, if that does not work.. idk what to tell you, you can try opening your computer and unplugging it and plugging it back in lol, but i doubt that'll work.
sometimes this is caused because of third party softwares such as i tunes or roxio easy creator, a simple registry clean should fix it. just a thought ur issue may not be this. gud luck
