    Hey guys,

I'm throwing my parents a surprise 25th Anniversary party here in about a month. I'm approximating about 300 people and I was looking for the best Hindi Dance CDs to play at the party. I'm looking for CDs with the best songs with good beats and stuff like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. I looked around on here but there is just sooo many out there and I thought maybe some of your music buffs would help me out! Thank guys!

I will tell you exactly what to do , grab a pen and paper and take notes.
Start off with Rocking you all night part 1. Run the entire cd to the end.
2nd cd... Drop in Just Dance.. run the entire cd
3rd. put in the cd call Choka run like the first 15 tracks, then
4th Put in Fiyah Cracka run the entire cd.
and every now a then trow on young baca banna, and some tassa and your party should be a sucess. No need for djs, you just wasting money.

First off... Your party wont be anything without the Rum Shop series.

Indiflo - Wedding House, Cane Cuttah, Party Time & Hands Up
Stylistic's - Bhariat, Lets Get Ready to Disco, Starlite
Dutty Flex has a couple of good dance tracks on various cd's
    Premier's & Stylistic's - SOG

Man, there is so much material out there, you can dj a whole night, and not repeat one damn song and still have the party goin!

lol man Kev got shot down, good try tho, someone who's reading this thread might actually respond to you, and considering your set, you are hell of a DJ...

"Take it to the Dance floor", thats a chance people might like it or might not , because the songs have a lot of ice crushing customs in em, as in it has a lot of, or a lil to much small things in the beats.., a lot of people just don't like to dance that, but hey its a great CD, try it out. " The Shenanigans- Young Mix Mastah", that CD has some alright songs, you should pick em out, its that some of the songs are a bit dry at some points.

Mix up your songs with the flow, u should be alright, but take some time an learn out your music ; and you know your family, if its an anniversary party play what they call " CHuunee!".. another bit of advice don't switch from mad fast song to slow , it will just discourage people.

**EdIT;BTW i tried DJ Exile, i like his stuff.

Great stuff guys...Imma check some of the stuff you guys posted....Im not a DJ so im just lookin to put some stuff together and have it playing...I figured during the dinner and stuff like that I'd just have some song playing in the background...But when we start the dancing portion, I just need some good music to dance too that will play continuously...

I live in Oklahoma and there are not many DJs around here that know this stuff...My family likes danceable, upbeat Hindi music and punjabi music...I'll look through all the stuff you all posted and see if it will work!

Thanks again guys for all your help!!
