How Do You Keep Drivers Updated??

    i've been tryin to update my mdg laptop after i did a full reload of xp but friggin mdg wont grant me access!!! keep tellin me wrong name or password.(i'm positive i'm enterin it correctly) n e suggestions??

    my laptop is mdg brand. i installed a fresh version windows xp & tryin to get the drivers for certain devices e.g. mass storage controller, video controller etc.

    Figure out the exact model name and number of your laptop and reply back. It should be located somewhere on the actual laptop, or on the bottom.

    do a search for hirne's boot disk, its got a utility called "unknow devices" run that...will tell you the made/model of your missing drivers, go to the manf website and download the latest drivers.
