Just Curious if Vybz Kartel came out and said he was gay

Yea . . . so had a very interesting convo with one of my friends who just came back from jamaica. . . i know that over in america everyone is hyped by Vybz Kartel's music. . . i cant deny it either he has some really hot songs out.. . . . but my jamaican friend told me that in his part of jamaica they dont even play his songs because they all think hes a Gay person wearing tight jeans, bleaching his skin and now wearing weave. . . . So my question to everyone here is If Kartel came out and said he was really a fish would people still play his music or stop it completely. . ??

 

all the gazalites would jump up and say at least he making good music blah blah they dont care about his personal life, leave the man alone and alot of other BS like that.

 

What about all them blasted boys out there with there skinny jeans and Goku hairstyles.... in my opinion if you wanna cook yuh seed spend hours under the blow dryer by all means "Knock yuh self out"

But Without a doubt I would still listen to Kartle's music. However, his lifestyle whether it be gay or not, doesn't hamper him from doing what he has to do; being a successful musician. People in general will forever be making comments, or judging his actions, if he himself is happy with his changes on his skin color, his clothing, or his hair who the hell cares.

We all accept Charlie Sheen and his antics, heaven forbid money doesn't give you the lifestyle you work for and pay for.

People should be worrying about more important things in life than what the current idiot is doing across the world then the mess they currently got in their own backyard if you ask me....

naw i understand that his personal life is his own business but i think it would make him a hypocrite if majority of ur music is about F---ing women and u turn around and become a switch hitter. . . lol. . . . its just funny i think that what if he was a new artist just coming out and doing this he would get blasted by everyone. . . but because he got a few hot songs we gotta watch what we say. . . its just sad. . .
