    Well, its summer again, meaning summer anthem begins.
    A few people have been pushing me to host it since no one else has mentioned anything, and I don't have time to make remixes nowadays anyway, so why not?

    I have a few judges in mind that I wanna put in this, but if you want to judge and think you are capable and have musical knowledge, reply and let me know you want to judge. If you are DJ WICKEDDDDDDDDDDDDOFFTHEHEEEEEZY, don't bother. I myself might not be judging this, so I would like 3 others, I'll just be the guy that makes the threads and shit, BUT if we cannot find a solid 3, and only a solid 2, I will judge as well.

    As usual, those who wish to enter need to submit a qualification mix.
    They are to be no longer than 4 minutes, and must be mp3!!
    I SWEAR IF ONE OF YOU SEND ME A WAV FILE IM GONNA DISQUALIFY YOU
    Qualification mixes are to be e-mailed to

    BY July 8th, 2011. You can submit a mix on July 8th, but no later.

    Hmmm.. this should be interesting.. I've only done 1 Summer Anthem and it's been ages.. so I'm game.. count me in :)

    you guys already know i'm in. i always look forward to a good battle during the summer. i hope more experienced remixers compete though instead of laying back and being b-tches.

    I battled all three of you before, dozenshots twice, and you on numerous occasions. Id love to come out and play but until someone impresses me then I won't even bother. I was impressed when blaudcee beat me 2 years ago but that wasn't even his mix, so imagine how I feel now. Last year I was doing mastahpiece and mix4who contests at the same time and kicked ass in both; no stress at all. Unless I feel like someone can give me a run for my money, then I see it as no competition. I'm sorry.

    lol well you have all of masterpiece's sympathy. i guess this doesn't sound like you were impressed at all.

    i was in the mix4off too. everyone and their mom knows that. i've been in battles just as well as you where i was the last person to stand. you've been spending too much of your time battling people you know you can beat. if you're gonna justify battles that went down 100 years ago to now, it's obvious that you're not impressed. so i don't see where you're coming from.
