Dj Darkside (6/10) - I liked this mix better than the 1st one but it still needs some work. Mix could have been cleaner and I don't think "Party Rock Anthem" and "Forget You" really fit well in there. I think you def. have potential, come harder. Dj Ganja (4/10) - I like the effort. Mix could be way cleaner. vocals are really low and i can barley hear whats really going on. I also didn't like how the indian song at the end fit in. Now like I said before, this would not be a Summer Anthem without disses. so I liked how you threw that in there. Winner: Darkside ______________________________________________________________________ Dj Reckless (5/10) - I like that you did something different. You could have been more creative with your studders and transitions. Overall i think you can also come harder but I like the effort. Dozenshots (9/10) - You really came hard with this one. Only thing is that you vocals are a little low. The flow of this mix is so nice, and you really were creative with you. I loved the concept with "Tongue Ring". Mixes like this will def. take you far. Good Job! Winner: Dozenshots ______________________________________________________________________ The Prodigy (8/10) - Love the hype of this mix. You def. showed your skills in this mix. To be honest the beginning sounds a lot like something Trigga would have done. I like that you used various genre's. This really reminds me of mixes back in the days. Only part I really wasn't feeling is the last part with the slow beat. But other than that Good Job! Hurricane Swizz (9/10) Love the flow of this mix. Eq and levels are set good. I can honestly say the Indian and Chutney came in nice. You and prodigy I think was equally creative but I'm giving this battle to you because the mix is cleaner and because its something i can really jam out to. Good Job! Winner: Hurricane Swizz ______________________________________________________________________ Dj JonOne - I'm not going to rate you because you automatically move on to Round 2. but I liked the mix. I don't know if that beat you used was custom or what but it fit nice with the songs. Only part I wasn't really feeling was the "Party Rock". The original sounds better. Edit: I want everyone to understand that I will be rating harder on these rounds. The Qualification round i cut some slack only because it was qualifications. im pretty sure it will be the same for the other judges. Now since the beginning this anthem has been pretty much predictable. I wanna see these other dj's, new or not, to come harder. you have the potential...show us what you can really do and show us something new. Good luck to those who moved on to Round 2.

Winner - Darkside Reckless - ( 7/10 ) Good effort , Good Variation, Actually liked this somewhat Dozenshots - ( 8.5/10 ) Good mix as expected , not your best Winner - Dozenshots The Prodigy - ( 8.5 / 10 ) I like this mix but i think your doing to much before any part of it can get really really hype, great showcase of your skills nonetheless. Impressed... its a shame that you lost this round, would have been sweet to hear you go again. this round had some competitive mixes. way better than last year. props to everyone who turned in something. here is my two cents. Darkside - your mix took a while to get going but it was a decent mix overall. the selection of it made it if anything. 6/10 Ganja - this was a very good attempt to be creative. this mix was one of the mixes that stood out the most this round, but unfortunately a 1:24 duration doesn't cut it. summer anthem is all about endurance. props for attempting to put indian on dirty south beats. 5/10 ReCkLeSs - this matchup was the closest this round. there was alot of unnecessary studdering that took up alot of time in your mix, but the beats went well with the acapellas you executed, so it was entertaining nonetheless. 7/10 DozenShots - rape. nuff said. 8/10 The Prodigy - you showed up for this matchup. the flow of the mix was good, but i feel like it was a compilation of every other mix i've done for summer anthem since 09 (duppy know who fuh frighten, masters at work, hotel room service, black rain fall, etc.) your vocal drops were low, i couldn't understand what you were saying, not that it was anything meaningful, but overall it was a good competitive mix. better than every remix your commander ever done in his life. 7/10 DJ JonOne - this is a good club mix but not for summer anthem. i didn't hear much creativity or versatility. but the mix was good. step it up next round. 6/10

DOZENSHOTS went #hard, that mix was hype as fxck ! Swizz killed it as usual & Prodigy aswell tuff decision there . Goodjob to all the remixers, this round was fire .
