Don't know how to, but I guess there are some ways to fix this.

I watched a few vids on youtube. If u still have warranty, I would be best to bring it back to store.

But what I know, what people did on youtube, was that they open up the whole thing and than clean the CPU's inside. After that they fixed the PS3 back up and than it worked somehow.

There are only temporary fixes to that issue that give some playability for short times, sadly the PS3 is toast.

I had this issue about 2 years ago with my PS3. I used the following video on Youtube to fix it.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U70SgRDVcBo

    Torx driver link

    http://www.amazon.com/Screwdriver-Security-360-Wireless-Controller-Disassembly/dp/B004YUB6ZU

I had to purchase a special Torx driver from Amazon to open it up because i could not get it open with regular Torx driver. Last a few months each time, fixed it about 4 times but my son spent a lot of time on it, finally gave up and purchased a new PS3 slim a few months back with additional warranty (because he will burn this one out as well LOL)

honestly bro there is no way to completely fix it yes u can open it up which voides the warranty and reapply the thermal grease and clean it out but i have boys that did that and there ps3s only lasted for 1 month after doing this so basically you should just pay $100 and get a brand new one u cant go wrong
