    Hi All

I have been getting into some video editing (home and fun) and have been reviewing alot of products online from various sites and forums.

Are there any persons on here who do video editing, professionally or just for fun?

I am looking to find out in everyone's opinion, what is the best video editing program/application that they have used and why (ease of use, tons of features etc)

Here are some of the products I have reviewed so far

    Sony Vegas
    Adobe Premiere
    PowerDirect 9 from Cyberlink

Can anyone suggest a good piece of software I can use for entry level editing (fades, sounds, cuts, etc)

    Thanks

    V

I find sony vegas to be the best. I use iMovie currently, but everything in iMovie is pretty much does the stuff for you. Sony Vegas gives you more control. I also like the layout of Vegas better too

Actually right after I read the last post on here (The Mastah), I noticed there was a free link to videopad...So I am going to try that out for now and see how it works
