I constantly keep getting signed out of PSN especially during game play. I searched online and found out that enabling Media Server and Auto Sign-In are the reasons why I am having this problem. I disabled them but still being signed out. I changed my password too just in case it's somebody else that is signing me out from another ps3 but no luck. Any suggestions?

try not to download while you're playing online as it could cause connection issues.
if it's not your connection it's probably the network itself.

one thing you can try is to check under Settings> Network Settings to see that you have the Media Server feature disabled.

Also if you go to Settings>Network Settings>Internet Connection Settings and configure your internet to us manual DNS settings instead of automatic.

When you are asked for DNS setting numbers
    enter the following
    >208.67.222.222
    >208.67.220.220
these are the settings for http://www.opendns.com/
