burning home videos help!!!

ok so i have multiple video files filmed with a jvc camcorder from a vacation... when i burn them with nero 7 i load all the files it converts burns fine .. but when i play it on my DVD after every scene it pauses goes blank for a sec then the next scene comes in ..so alot of the files i have some scenes are 15-30 seconds so it gets annoying it doesn't smoothly transition to the next scene like if u were watchin it on the camcorder itself hooked up to the tv

ex.. think of when u burn a cd and don't choose disk at once that lil skip after every track
exact same thing wit de dvd

 

you probably have to apply transition effects in nero , when your in video editior, your choose transition effects and put them between every scene so that theres no gap and it will smoothly go to the next scene.
