Hello all, I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S 4G which runs with Android. The battery doesnt last that long. The maximum it can go without dying is a day and a half. Does anyone have tips to increasing Android battery life?

I too am using an Android. My WiFi, Internet, GPS, Bluetooth etc are all turned off unless I'm actually using them. That should help you a lot. Also, get the "Advanced Task Killer" app (its free), which will close off other apps from running (which you dont need).

I think those are the main things: nowadays, phone batteries were not designed to last for over a week, like they used to.

I do the same by turning of Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth, and data. I heard that when you use those task killer apps and battery saver apps, they kill your battery more. Is that true?
