I'm currently in college pursuing my bachelor's degree in computer engineering and master's in electrical. I finished my first build a few days ago, check it out

Also, I'm looking for other electrical/computer engineers to network with, so reply or msg me. It'd be cool to discuss code, assembly, and whatever else.

thanks, and i will once I get my own soldering machine/gun. I've been doing a lot of crap in the lab, like repairing some audio cables and stuff. idk what to make next, but we'll see.

Trev, check out jameco.com if you're into the electronics stuff. Back in my sophomore year of high school I bought a few things from them (soldering iron, soldering projects, and a few other things)

Microcenter has really good stuff at a decent price. You can actually buy it offline instead of going out to Westbury.

Being in the field my self, online would probably be your best bet. Tigerdirect.com, or NewEgg.com for instance.
