alright well yall need some serious improvement! Way too much fxs and even though its a battle the songs should flow and not be all chopped up like that!
Both of these "DJs" are on the same amateur level where they think all the horns and effects makes their mix better. Learn to transition on beat fellas. Practice with riddims, it makes it easier to learn how to blend.
cmon guys, riddims ! do those beofre taking on mixes, surely u think it sounds good, but when use horns to make a mix sound better, u miss the point of mixing.
I don't think they are even worth trying to correct. Clearly their mixing perception has been corrupted. Stop mixing for a while and think. When the hell do you ever hear someone mix like this at a party?! Because clearly you live mixed this I mean I hear a backspin, so therefore this is not a battle mix, it is a awful live mix. If you so wish to continue mixing with this style please hesitate to share it with us because we do not want to stress out over this garbage. However if you do want to continue you both need to change your style completely(CUT THE SHIT W THE FX). And if your learning to battle mix, there are plenty samples on this site, if your looking to live dj, check out our livestream recordings, or ask for a sample. But please save us our stress for something worthy.
