    it really does depend on what ya using it for!! i use mine for mostly djing and some graphic designing so i got a macbook pro

    if you are looking for something long term get a Lenovo, I got a Lenova ideapad last year and it works excellent.

    HP makes the worst set of laptops, not the mention their customer support is horrible. As far as quality goes obviously Apple makes the most durable. But for a Windows laptop, the best brand I would have to say would be Asus, solely because they make all of their cooling systems themselves. For the most part they're products are very quiet.

    I have got 3 Sony vaio and I can tell you they are die hard laptop built to perfection. I had experience with hp laptop and I don't like them because they break very easily

    I like Alienware for gaming. I would also have to say stay away from HP as their hardware and software is lacking.

    i gotta say everyone goes for apple but alienware is just as good, acer not bad also. the new tablet / labtop is pretty wicked i gotta say

    i m using corei7 hp pavilion dv6
    for 1 year, and its working fine ..
