    Who was you're favorite 80s/90s indian playback singer and what tracks did you like the most from them?

    Mine personally would be Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik.

    This was my favorite song from them.

    Can't lie my fav playback singer from the 80's an early 90's is Amit Kumar

    my all time favorites Main Tere Liye And Main Hero Hoon

    Also had such hits as Teri Yaad Aa Rahi Hai, Puchho Na Kaisa, Chum Chum Chum

    i can name so many lol

    He was mostly a disco singer in the 80's so thats why i liked him.

    he aint on this list tho lol.

    I like them all, to pick & choose a fav. from 80s90s I would go for Amit Kumar, his voice is very expressive.

    Udit and Alka is my sure fire first choice, Kumar Sanu not far away from Udit. Today is my 2 favorites Sonu Nigam and Shreya Goshal. Just wish songs were more like the late 90's/early 200's today.

    Kumar Sanu, hands down. He's incomparable compared to Udit or Abhijeet just by the melody in his voice

    One of the Best song from the 90's is tere chunariya (hello brother) or the songs from the first aashique

    sonu nigam also good
