which is better windows 7 or window 8

many people find windows 8 very challenging and hard to use which do you prefer i love window 8.

 

I think that windows 7 is better because it is more easer to use.

 

Windows 8 is better suited for a tablet/touch screen computer, NOT for a desktop/laptop.

 

Window 8 is more secure, faster start up and faster downloads

 

windows 7 is better...windows 8 release was a failure why you think Microsoft practically gives it away for next to nothing? when all previous versions were so expensive to upgrade too.

to me windows 8 because its like you basically have windows 7 in it when your in desktop view and then you can view the tablet way so to me its like a 2 in 1.

Wondows 7 for sure. Windows 8 is more for a tablet and even there it fails.

 

windows 8 is a great future making but when coming to handling certain things windows 7 is the better call

 

windows 7 cuz it simpler but tbh the best windows ever is winndows xp sp3

 

both have there cons and pros.....what u should take into consideration is that if u have a touch screen monitor then 8 but if not go with seven 7 ..... 8 is optimized for touch screens but can still be used on normal monitors, windows 7 start menu can also be added to 8 but it won't be required if u have a touch screen

on the whole the start menu is not really required for 8 but it makes life easier if u don't have a touch screen monitor

 

i really dont like the way they created w8... i just go straight to desktop regardless.
