whiten teeth

Anyone know an technique to whiten teeth? I saw on the Dr.Oz show to use orange peel..but it don't work for me..any other ideas besides whiten toothpaste?

On a more serious note: I don't really agree with these things. Brush yuh teeth twice a day, properly. If you wanna be serious, avoid things that stain your teeth (coffee is a good example).

I asked my sister about this she is a dental hygienist...... those white strips break down your teeth enamel which will cause sensitive teeth to extreme cold\hot liquids. Best thing to do is the stay aways from things that stain your teeth and brush with a little baking soda to clean your teeth. I did it and it does take some time before you see results but it does work.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR TEETH 'SNOW WHITE'
-Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a
small cup,
mix in one teaspoon baking soda
plus one
teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and
half a
teaspoon water.
Thoroughly mix then brush your
teeth for two minutes. Remember to
do it once a week until you have
reached the results you want. Once
your teeth are good and white, limit
yourself to using the
whitening treatment once every
month or two

 

If ya want whiter teeth just go to the dentist works for me
