Good external hard drive to buy?

    if it will be used a lot make sure you get one that is vented.

    I have to agree with most of everyone else with a Seagate drive, they hare very reliable, in fact they are the same company that has recovered data for major corporations in disaster situations.

    Yea I heard the iomega ones are pretty good.... Im looking to buy another one cause I bought a 1TB like 2 years ago on black Friday and its working great but I don't wanna put all my stuff on there and risk a crash or something so im going to buy another for a back up... im looking back into a segate or WD, im not sure yet

    I usually stick with Western Digital drives, Segate has given me nothing but problems. However i have heard good thing's about the Segate GoFlex Drive.

    Seagate is best in both External and Internal
