IPAD vs IPAD mini

I'm also thinking about getting an IPAD, but I wanna know, if you had a choice between an IPAD and a IPAD mini, what would you take and why?

 

the mini is a waste, tho apple probably wanted to make a smaller device bc the ipad is the larger tablet (size wise) on the market. the ipad 4 processor is larger, has a retina screen, and etc...if you go to the site, you can compare the two

 

I have the new ipad and ipad mini. I like the ipad mini because its so compact, and my ipad feels a bit bulky. But like the previous post said, the ipad mini doesnt have the most up to date chip and screen. However there is word of an ipad mini 2 that will have these upgrades in march.

 

I did the comparison on the apple site, but I never the ipads when they first came out, because of the size. Now that the ipad mini is out, I think it would be easier to carry around when I travel. I didn't know apple was releasing a 2nd version of the Ipad mini in a few months. Now I'm thinking about waiting for the ipad mini 2. Thanks for the advice.

 

I got the iPad mini as a christmas gift. I already have an ipad 2 and iphones in the house but was never really a fan. I do however find myself taking the mini most everywhere I go. Its a fun device to have.

The New Ipad With Retina Display Its Better Then The Ipad Mini, Its Faster

 

The mini was created for people who want a smaller form factor so they can carry it around with relative ease. I would wait for the Ipad Mini 2 however as most likely it will have the retina display by then. Apple makes great products but they certainly know who to extract money from consumers as they could of probably put the retina display in the mini from its inception.

 

Might as well just get the full sized iPad

 

If price is an issue then the IPAD mini is great but if price is not an object then go with the full size.

 

ipad mini is kind of outdated as far as specs. like people above said if you want that smaller size wait till a new mini comes out, otherwise go with the ipad retina ---> newer hardware

 

Ipad is Good

 

ipad because it has a larger screen

windows 8 its not that much different and it runs really good

pc is simpler in ways but mac is easier for the interfaces

xbox 360 has games like halo its probally one of the best games ever

iphone 5 because its simpler to use

nightmare on elm st

you can google screenshot programs and download them free

desktop specs for the same price are almost always better and are better for longer term use

google chrome runs the fastest

acer is the cheapest for the best specs

the next fast and furious

samsung s4 because you can tweak android

i think bbm should stay with blackberry

 

iPad 4 for sure with larger screen, higher screen resolution, faster CPU

 

mini is too slow

u might as well put the extra cheese and get the bigger screen

 

the new ipad air is lighter and slimmer and the price for the ipad mini isnt good enough when you can throw in maybe hundred or so and get the bigger one.
