I heard windows 8 has a lot of bugs but I never used it before so I'm not sure if it's true. I'm planning of installing a copy this weekend so I'll see.

I will be sticking to Windows 7. Only recomment Windows 8 if you will be using on a touch screen or tablet PC.

    Windows 8 Pros: Speed,Better memory management,Improved power efficiency,Better tools,Enhanced Explorer,Device support,Better recovery options,Better backup,Innovative new technologies,Windows Store,Consistency,Future-proofing

Windows 8 Cons: ‘Metro’ for desktop,No ‘Start’ menu,Immature ‘Metro’ apps,You’re an ad target,Confusing consistency,UEFI lockdown

Ultimately, the most compelling reason not to upgrade from Windows 7 is the simplest: Windows 8 doesn’t do anything for you that the current version of Windows 7 you already have can’t already do. Regardless of whether you’re using Windows on your office computer, as a desktop computer at home, for gaming, or when you’re on the go on a laptop, Windows 8 really doesn’t offer much incentive. The exception is for tablets, where clearly Windows 7 isn’t right for the job anyway and Windows 8 is ideal.
Personally, I like to keep up with the latest software and technology on a whole so i rather windows 8......

Still like Windows 7 at the moment, 8 might grow on though.

Windows 7 Or Mac OSX all the way, fuh get about W8 dem not ready yet! Windows XP professional was the best, Prior to April 2014 Windows will not be supporting XP so everyone should and will be forced to upgrade to W7
