Recovery Disc For Hp Pavilion Dv2 Needed

    Hello people, I have an Hp Pavilion Dv2 & it didn't come with an recovery disc, can anyone help me find the disc where I can download it. Please!

    have you already tried to press f11 during boot up and using the recover partition to recover your system?

    if that does not work, most of the time you have to purchase recovery disks, but you can go without that, you can download a windows operating system cd (depending what version of windows you have) and re-install windows, then you can go to hp.com and download all the drivers you need.

    if you have warranty still, just ask HP to send you the recovery discs. They will give them to you for free! Just talk to a support representative. I was in your exact situation and that how i got my discs!
