Problem with External Harddrive

The hardrive I have its one of these old Matxor 4one touch. I didnt know what happen to it . Suddenly , I had went into the drive to get some music and so happen the drive was dead, where the power light was blinking . Also, the harddrive was not even making any noise and plus the drive is filled with alot of music files I needed. Any suggestion of how i can get the files from the harddrive or any kind of data recovery places that can handle this kind of issues dealing with harddrive. All these seagate harddrive always have some kind of problems.
