What's a good luxury sedan?

    Hi everyone, looking for some feedback. I'm now in the process of replacing my 2001 Nissan Maxima and I'm looking for a luxury/premium sedan. At first I was looking at the BMW 535i but I heard a lot of negatives so I started looking at the Mercedes. I like the new body styling but I'm still a bit unsure of what exactly I want. Ideally the price would be under 45KCAD. I am also considering the Infinity Q50 but from the online reviews, not such good value.

    Any practical experience you could offer would be greatly appreciated. I am looking at factory performance, price, looks, comfort and after the factory warranty is up, maintenance/repairs.

    What does everyone think?

    Acura TL! Very reliable 300+ HP SH-AWD. Cant go wrong. Love it everytime my wife lets me drive. Paddle shifting is amazing.

    I've driven an Audi A6. Great car. Very stable and very spacious. If you want some speed you can get a S6 of even RS6.

    My job is to know about this stuff and the best way to find out what YOU like is to watch/read reviews and comparisons, join discussion forums based on the vehicle(s) you're looking at for further insight from people like yourself. Also don't forget to visit your local dealer to see and drive the vehicles you're considering.

    It's not a clear cut answer to your question but sure does give you the foundation you need to find what you really want.

    BMW 335, Civics, Acura, Audi are all played out man.. Everyone has a 335, G35, G37, A4, A6 etc... I don't know but I currently drive a Lexus IS300 5 Speed with a 2JZ Supra Motor fast as ****. However, after I would settle for a Range Rover Evoque. I like it but I don't like that you cannot open the moon roof. because of the panoramic moon roof. However, if they release the new Toyota Supra I would have to opt for that. I do like the Tesla Model X though!
