I have been using it for about 7 months now, and it is phenomenal. It can be a standalone 4 channel mixer or used with the software. Build quality is great, and everything works well.

I got the DDJ SX2... works great.. And for $99 you can buy DVS from Serato and use Turntables/CDJ if you want.. great for home and on the move as well...

I just upgraded from the Denon MC6000 to the DDJ-SX2 and I am definitely having more fun. The PADS on the SX2 are a ton of fun.

    yes you can
    4-Channel Standalone Hardware Mixer

Connect your CDJs or Turntables and have the best of both worlds.
got that from the info on the controller.

I have only one issue with it, if u use it for windows, u get a popping noise if the latency is too low.

I've heard it can be used as a standalone. there are 2 RCA inputs at the back you can use to your advantage. If you wanna add 2 cdjs or turntables to the controller but still use the integrated jog wheels, i was told you need interfaces.
