Serato crates missing...

    Was going add more crates in serato. Took it 10 mins to load. Once it loaded, I look and none of my crates are there. How is that possible? Then I go and look for the serato folder and the backup serato folder on my mac and they aren't even their no more. But some how when I click serato it opens and I can load tracks and play them but still no crates are popping up!
    Is there any way I can get them back or Am I going to have to start over by uninstall and reinstall and do the crates all over again?

    I am having the same problems with the crates missing from my serato dj I don't know what to do now I need help

    Make sure your drive is formatted correctly and the files if they are on an external the crates will only load only from the external
