Maybe check which programs you have installed?
Which parts are in your computer? (Mainboard, processor, memory, graphicscard)

    Which OS are you running?

Maybe you have malware on your pc. Scan your pc with malwarebytes to remove possible malware. I am sure your pc will speed up IF your pc has malware.

Look at your CPU and memory usage in task manage, also check to see if there are any unwanted processes and startup programs, it might be sucking up your resources.

Please download this program MiniToolBox (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/minitoolbox/), save this to your desktop and run it.

    Checkmark the following checkboxes:
    • List last 10 event viewer log
    • List installed Programs
    • List Users, Partitions and Memory Size
Click Go and paste the content here.

Go through MSCONFIG in the run menu, ans check off the programs you do not want stating up when the computer loads up.
