most highly rated portable drives

    I have been doing some tests recently and observed that adata portable drives are much more outstanding and reliable than the other brands ....

    I've had a 250gb Iomega for 5 years and it still going strong.

    Warranty is very important for me, I usually go with WD products now.

    WD is the best choice imo.

    not WD it crashed if you have al lot of data, toshiba is the best one, i have a toshiba for 9 years.

    i have a cine raid drive; two 2TB in RAID1, to prevent loosing data at a gig.

    I think western digital drives are the best to go with to be honest

    i had two WD in a cineRaid enclosure, which died, now i have to rebuild the data.

    My vote is western digital they're warranty on portables is pretty decent, but if you want something for the long run i'd invest in an SSD portable. Less likely hood for a crash.

    WD Passport Ultra user here. Have 5 of them and none has failed yet...

    Toshiba has been a great buy so far for me
