Best way to STREAM video from iPad to Samsung smart tv

    What is the best method for streaming video/music/pictures (everything) wirelessly from your iPad/iPhone to your Samsung smart tv?

    *Consider value (effectiveness, speed, price, etc...)

    AirPlay?
    A specific app? If so, which app is best?
    Apple tv?

    Just get a apple TV, works great with any recent iOS device. doesn't matter what TV you have.
    You can airplay videos from plex or whatever.

    Chromecast is also good but not so mush for ipad. Chromecast is more for a PC or mac.

    Some good posts here. I like chromecast but as someone already mentioned..apple tv is probably best. Use it with the Airplay feature. I'll have to check out some of the sites mentioned above

    Why not synchronizing it to a NAS. Then you are able to get acces to video/music/pictures from every device that is connected to you're WiFi

    If you're using an Apple device, then the best way to stream to a tv would be using an Apple TV. you really have no other choice unless you only want to stream Youtube/Netflix... then you have many options.

    Apple TV with Airplay enabled will be your absolute best solution to streaming content from any Apple device to your TV. You will be able to show anything that is on your iPad on your TV.

    You can use chrome cast. It cost much less than an apple tv or you can download an app called Samsung smart view. And you can streat to you tv. Not quite sure if its on apple store tho. If you jailbreak the ipad you can get it.

    you can use a cromecast which would be the cheapest way, but an Apple TV with airplay would be the ideal method.

    I think there is a way to link your phone to the smart tv. For example, if you pull up a youtube video on your phone you press a button at the top of your phone and the video will pop up on your tv, but first you will have to pair your phone with the tv which you can do in your settings or a specific app.
