Window 10 Permission

    How come when I try to download a application or a program on my window 10 it tells me something about permission
    So I don't know if I had press something on my permission setting that I wasn't suppose to.
    Please Help

    Don't know if this will work for you, but it might be worth a try.

    I would first make a back up of your data to a USB drive even though the process
    below shouldn't remove data. Better safe than sorry.

    Then, try a system restore.

    Type "recovery" in the search bar. Click on the Recovery (Control Panel) item.
    Choose "Open System Restore". Hopefully, there is an option to restore
    from a last good date.

    I would try downloading the portable version of the all in one repair utility
    from tweaking.com. Perhaps do it from another working computer if you can't do it
    from the problem computer (if possible).

    Follow the instructions on the app and in particular click the boxes to
    "Reset File Permissions c:\" in the "Repairs" -> "Open Repairs section"

    As always, make sure your data is backed up before you do anything.

    I can't delete any programs or do anything even my account is set up as a administrator nothin work properly.
    please HELP

    the thing is infected, you have two options:

    1) reformat it
    2) throw it out the window
