Passive VS active sound. Which one would you prefer?

    i prefer non passive but powered systems seems to be gaining popularity.

    Powered speakers are much more convenient and are pretty much fool proof. Passive speakers offer more flexibility and are better for installed sound or for larger venues

    If your mobile.. Powered are easier to deal with.. When one speaker goes bad.. you know which one it is and you can either ignore or replace.. But when an AMP rack goes bad.. You're F**ked..
    Each has its pros and cons but as a mobile DJ powered is the way to go..

    Power Speakers are good to dj with depends on the brand right now Im rocking cerwin vegas
