    Android, simply because it is open source, and you can do alot more with it

    For the price range i would stick with android. If the price was not a factor then windows surface pro.

    both of them is good open to play with, I will prefer android if I have to choose.

    Both OS' are good for basic tasks. But if you are a real power user, I would prefer a Windows Surface.

    Depends on what ya gonna use it for. When using photoshop or video editing I use a windows machine.
    Android tablet just for quick surfing , social media , and the kids use it to play games on it

    Windows Surface is best windows tablet but it's not cheap, if you have the money then buy that if not a android tablet is best choice for what you can get priced wise
