Coilovers all day better handling than just springs.

I always go with coilovers with the dampeners on them

Bags is the best way but even for a much more simple set up for example in my case all I'm doing is lowering the front to close the wheel gap to the fender

I have a set of HSD coils with over 120k kms on them, they ride pretty comfy. Most coils you can adjust the dampening to suit your level of comfort.

springs is the cheapest coilovers is better but cost more bags is best because you can change height by the touch of a button all depends on how much you want to spend....
