Currently running Windows 10 on my MacBook Air. Love Apples styling and engineering, and I love Microsoft's Operating System. Found A compromise in the best of both worlds.

I would go for mac cause it runs way smoother for dj software (serato, traktor, vdj) but that's just me

you can utilize mac a lot more than windows. you can run a mac as dual boot to have both. id spend the money for the hardware because it is reliable. had to many problems with windows machines

If it involves using DJ software then ill take a mac but when using alien ware then windows. gaming laptops will do the same job as a mac. But i do hate patch updates. Windows need to fix it.

I prefer using Windows Computers always, 90 % of world are on Windows, Smaller Percent are either on Mac, Linux, or some other type of operating system, but i do like the Mac Book Pro for when i DJ parties because they are more stable, better with my serato dj software

It's difficult to say which OS has my preference. On the one hand Windows offers greater flexibility than macOS. From a hardware standpoint Windows PC's/laptops lets you upgrade whatever you like whereas Macs do not. On the other hand I do like macOS better when you have multiple Apple devices.

Windows is my favorite especially for development, but Mac is still a bit more stylish for media processing.
